Casto’s San Francisco Office is Moving
Please be advised that Casto Travel’s San Francisco office, currently located at 500 Sansome Street, will be relocating to our parent company’s Flight Centre Travel Group office at 222 Kearny Street, Suite 304, San Francisco, CA 94108.
The office consolidation will take place after the close of business on Friday, January 24th. Casto agents and staff will then be situated at the new location on Monday, January 27th. Please note that our office phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same. We do not anticipate any impact upon our business operations as a result of this move.
We will continue to update you as we approach the final stages of the FCM acquisition both via email and on our website at casto.com/fcmupdates.

Our acquisition by FCM is moving forward as previously mentioned.
In our goal to provide the best of class solutions offered by FCM, we need to undertake a system-wide upgrade. This will be conducted in phases to minimize impact with the first one to occur on February 1, 2019.
During the course of our upgrades some travelers may encounter short delays in processing times. We have made adjustments to our staffing in order to minimize these delays and wait times.
For those who use a travel expense software (like Concur), we do not expect any issues aside from some supplier contracts potentially not functioning as intended. We are actively working with travel suppliers to update all contracts in order to minimize any negative effects from this transition.
