Her travels started as a Pan American flight attendant, traveling around the world, being based in San Francisco and Los Angeles.  She has since lived extensively in Oslo, Norway and Berlin, Germany and came back to her home in Tiburon, CA in 1991, working as a Travel Consultant in Marin ever since. 

She has many very loyal clients for whom she plans detailed itineraries in Europe and travels to Europe herself frequently.   Small ship cruising is something she has come to really like in the last few years.  Windstar cruises is one of her favorites.  The fall of 2007 her travels will take her to the Caribbean on Regent Seven Seas Cruises and  and on an Educational trip to top Spa’s in Arizona.  She sends many travelers to the fantastic Norwegian coastal voyages “Hurtigruten” and took a short cruise on one of their ships in August.

Sidsel was a resident of Berlin, Germany for many years and continues to visit regularly. While in town she stays at the most famous hotels and has gathered an excellent reference list for her clients. Sidsel highly recommends visiting Berlin, but suggests hiring a private guide to thoroughly appreciate all the city has to offer.

One of Sidsel's top destinations to visit is the Lofoten Islands in Norway. She suggests staying in a fisherman's cottage along with water in February.

Another of Sidsel's top destinations is Italy and Provence. She has rented numerous villas and keeps a journal of top residences to share with her clients.

Unique Travel Experience 

Last year, Sidsel lead a group of twelve women on a vacation in Norway where they skied from hut to hut. Caution though, she advises that this isn't for the faint of heart.
