Jeff is a Travel Consultant based in Casto's San Francisco office. He works with a diverse spectrum of clients living in many cities throughout the country. All of his clients share at least one thing in common -- a keen desire to create exceptional travel experiences that fit their personal needs and dreams.
Jeff works hard to provide his clients with superior service and to save them precious time, always striving to exceed their expectations no matter what type of domestic or international vacation they wish to create. He's eager to add as much value as possible to vacation experiences -- helping clients maximize special travel offers, upgrades and complimentary amenities that often are available.
After personally traveling extensively around many parts of the world for more than 20 years -- on both frequent business and leisure trips -- Jeff decided to follow his passion for travel by joining the industry and Casto in 2007. While working previously for more than two decades in journalism and corporate marketing/public relations, Jeff was fortunate to have had opportunities to visit many of the world's most popular destinations.
After graduating from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts in News Editorial Journalism, Jeff began his career as a Business Reporter at the Los Angeles Daily News, where he covered technology, real estate and the hotel industries. Jeff then decided to leverage his knowledge of real estate by working for several years in media relations for the California Association of Realtors at its Los Angeles headquarters. He later moved to San Francisco and held corporate public relations positions for several years with Bank of America and global communications firm Burson-Marsteller. Jeff moved to New York in 2001, where he then spent nearly six years as a Senior Vice President and Media Relations Manager for Bank of America's Global Corporate & Investment Banking group.
He returned to San Francisco in 2007 and began working as a Travel Consultant with Casto. He is passionate about using his first-hand travel experience, knowledge and travel industry relationships to help clients create memorable vacation experiences that exceed their expectations.
