Registry Agreement

Casto Travel will only accept gifts by check or credit card. If dollar amount received is insufficient to cover the costs of the trip, the Client agrees to provide the remaining balance. If the amount of monies received exceeds travel costs, the balance will be distributed to the Client in the form of a Casto gift card for future travel at close of the registry. The gift card may be used for travel booked by Casto only. Casto will keep the Client apprised of monies received from contributors via a weekly e-mail invoice. Should no activity exist for the week, no invoice will be e-mailed. If the Client receives a donation after the deposit or balance due date, the money will be distributed to the Client in the form of a check. If the vacation travel is not booked through Casto, the registry funds will only be distributed in the form of a Casto gift card.

Service Fees and Cancellation

Casto's booking, cancellation and change fees will apply to travel arrangements. Client is advised that additional cancellation fees may be required of the individual travel suppliers (tour companies, airlines, cruise companies, etc.). Casto strongly suggests the Client purchase trip cancellation insurance.

Closing the Registry

The Registry will be closed 30 days after the event date or within 7 days if the Registry is cancelled. Any remaining balance in the Registry, less any deductions as specified in this agreement, will be paid in the form of a gift certificate made payable to the individual(s) above.
