Vice President

Casto veteran Magda Alarcon, is the Vice President and oversees the Concierge division. Ms. Alarcon joined Casto in 1988 to start the VIP service desk, then moved up to become the San Francisco Branch Manager in 1993. She also served as General Manager and Director of Corporate Operations before her VP position. Ms. Alarcon, who lives in San Bruno and is a graduate of the Travel Academy of Hawaii, is a 29-year industry veteran.
