Clementine Briand is an English major at Santa Clara University who will graduate in June. As Casto’s Marketing Intern, Clementine is instrumental in coordinating the Destinations Blog. Most recently, Clementine traveled with the Semester at Sea program, visiting a number of countries in Southeast Asia.

Debbie Driggers is a Vacation agent for Casto Rascals In Paradise. She has traveled to all seven continents and, preferring to stay off the beaten path, has visited penguin rookeries in Antarctica, tracked tiger and rhino from elephant back, visited monasteries in Tibet and mosques in Mali, and followed the camel routes through the Sahara to Timbuktu.

Erin Colbert is the Marketing Manager for Casto. She has high hopes to fill her “Where I’ve Been” map, but has only made it to eight different countries thus far. Her next trip is to Hong Kong and this will be her first, but not last, trip to Asia.

Fabio Castellotto is the Manager of the Vacation department in San Francisco. Overseeing nearly 30 agents, he has been working in the travel industry for more than 20 years. Expert especially in travel to Europe, he also travels frequently on business attending trade shows and events around the globe.

Gus Vallejo is the President of Anscor-Casto Travel, Inc. in the Philippines. Celebrating his 20th year in the travel industry, his preferred vacation is exploring one to two countries at a time or taking a cruise. He has traveled to Europe, the Carribean, Asia/Pacific, and is scheduled to take his 10th cruise this year.

Helen E. Land is a Vacation Travel Specialist in San Francisco with 37 years experience in the travel industry. She enjoys the discovery process, the look, feel, and history of her travel destinations, in addition to ensuring that what she learns while she is visiting is used to sculpt a memorable journey for her clients. Some of Helen’s avocations are writing and photography.

Jeff Hershberger is a Vacation Travel Specialist in San Francisco, California. He has traveled extensively for more than 20 years and is passionate about using his travel experience to help clients create memorable trips exceeding their expectations. Jeff has traveled to many popular destinations throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia/Pacific. His recent travels have included a transatlantic voyage on the Queen Mary 2, a luxury Mediterranean cruise, a third visit to Buenos Aires, and customized tours of Paris, Venice, Budapest and Barcelona.

Joanne Norman is a Vacation Travel Specialist in Tiburon, CA. Joanne has been in the travel business for 20 years and has traveled to many exotic and exciting destinations throughout the world. Her most memorable trip was when she took a 2 month sabbatical to travel around the world on her own. Recent travels have included a luxury Baltic and Mediterranean cruise, a transatlantic voyage on the Queen Mary 2, travels throughout Italy and France.

Joselyn Nussbaum is a Travel Consultant for Casto’s Rascals in Paradise. She is rapidly gaining valuable experience as she travels to far-off lands such as Turkey, Ecuador, Thailand, and beyond. Her hobbies (aside from travel) including writing, running, and crossword puzzles.

Kathy Hersrud is a Vacation Travel Specialist in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Kristina Stone is a Vacation Travel Specialist in Tiburon, California. Kristina manages Casto’s Tiburon and Kentfield offices. Kristina has been in the travel business for over 20 years and particularly likes hiking and the outdoors. Last summer she climbed Sweden’s tallest mountain and recently returned from climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.

Luisa DeSousa is a Vacation Travel Specialist in Santa Clara. She is fluent in Portuguese and specializes in vacations to Portugal and the Azores Islands.

Lynn Dorner is Casto’s Director of Corporate Operations. The Bay Area never ceases to amaze her. She has lived there for 14 years and she and her husband approach most weekends like they are mini vacations. Though she travels the world quite regularly, she knows she’ll never run out of local “weekend adventures.”

Lynna Jamison is training to be a Vacations Travel Consultant at Casto Santa Clara. She hopes to combine her passion for travel with industry expertise she is learning from the “best-of-the-best” at Casto Travel. While waiting for her next international adventure, she enjoys exploring venues for food, wine, and art around the Bay Area.

Marc Casto is the President of Casto Travel. As the name implies, Marc is a second generation traveling Casto and developed his sense of wanderlust at a very young age. His favorite place for a vacation is wherever the water is warm, the food is good, and the cell phone service is bad.

Marley Kent is a Corporate Travel Specialist in Santa Clara.

Sherry Barson is a Vacation Travel Specialist in San Francisco. She has been providing exceptional service to her travel clients for over 30 years. Sherry has traveled extensively and although her “favorite destination” is usually the one most recently visited, she loves all things Italian and has an affinity for Africa. An award-winning and published photographer, Sherry is currently “focusing” her travel sales attentions on Virtuoso Active and Specialty Travel, aka VAST.

Suzette Covell is the Director of Vacations at Casto. She oversees all of the Vacation Travel Specialists in 4 Bay Area Offices, 1 in Rapid City, SD, and multiple home site locations. She is an avid traveler and recently returned from a trip to southeast Asia that has inspired her to continue learning about adventure travel in Asia.

Wendy Wayne is a Vacation Travel Specialist in Kentfield, California. Wendy has traveled extensively for more than 30 years to many exciting destinations. Recent travels have included Fiji & India. She hopes to visit Botswana in the coming year.
